Although you have not asked a question, you should contact the investigator with the DA's office or your local PD to determine if there is evidence of elder abuse or fraud sufficient for a criminal complaint. If not, consider having a guardian appointed for your father, and consider the guardian filing a civil suit on your father's behalf.
