Based on the brief information you provided, I am assuming that you are speaking of a violation of Texas Controlled Substances Act. This is a criminal charge under the Texas Health and Safety Code (Chapter 481), which alleges that you knowingly distributed as a registrant or dispenser a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or II, unless you distributed the controlled usbstance udner an order form.
