These are her first offences,She never had any kind of Voilation before,she is 25 years old.She has been in Jail since 06/08/2009.

The maximum time for a first degree felony which is the first offense is 5 to 99 years in prison.
The misdemeanor time for the possession of marijuana is a maximum of 6 months in jail.
Comal county is not a good place to be arrested. Make sure she has a lawyer.
