Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Grandson had a Deferred Prosecution.He is now 24 can he file for a petition of non-disclosure.This has recently crept up on a job search.This happened while in college near Austin Texas.

If your grandson got a deferred prosecution - not a deferred adjudication probation - and successfully served it out, then he can get an expunction when the statute of limitations runs on the offense. If he got a deferred adjudication probation, then it depends on the type of offense as to whether or not he can get it sealed.
