greivance fillings
i would like to find out how to file a greivance against my attorney that i hired and PAID in full what he wanted for a retainer...he has since obtained a motion for withdrawal and im stuck without council and have a dwi court next month....can someone please help me??? thanks,dale

Texas Grievance Process.
It is very simple to file a grievance against a lawyer. However, you should understand that this is an adversarial process and that the lawyer will be able to discuss your case and perhaps confidential information before the grievance committee.
