Im in houston tx . i been to prison for retaliation served a three year sentence . recently been arrested for delivery of controlled substance less than a gram which is a state jail felony 6 months to 2 years .can the state enhance that cause i been to prison to 2 to 20

If the retaliation is your only prior felony conviction, then no, it cannot be used by itself to enhance a state jail felony.
