Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I intend to marry a female prisoner in Texas, I live in the UK. Once we are married can she transfer to the UK as my wife to complete her sentence?

No. No way. Not happening. Texas NEVER transfers prisoners anywhere to complete sentences.
