got caught writting a letter in classroom to a classmate which might be consider life treatning (terrorist threat) we are not sure of what it might be consider as, but need more understanding on what the penalty would be for a 16 year juvenile girl in high school

Terroristic Threat is a misdemeanor, and if your record is clean, will be handled through the juvenile system. Your parents need to get you a lawyer, either retained or court-appointed to explain all the consequences, and to try to get this dismissed. TCL
