Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I live in austin tx , I have a family volience charge on my husband with a bodly injury. I lied to the police and we both go to court on the 28th of June. This would be the 2nd time we have been to court for family voilence. The first time we went through this I pleaded my fifth amendment right. The D.E.A was not very happy that I helped my husband out the first time around. Now I fear that I may go to jail for lying to the cops about what really happened between me and my husband
