Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
mail harassment
someone i have fired is now harrassing me in several different ways. one way is this person has filled my name and address on 15 or more magizine subscriptions which i am now receiving along with all of the billing statements and also other junk mail . is there any legal action i can take concering this matter?

My recommendation is to contact your local police department to investigate possible criminal harassment charges against the person. If you want to pursue civil action against this person, consult with a lawyer practicing in civil law immediately to protect any statute of limitation issues.
