Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Minor in Possession

I am a 16 year old living in texas and received a citation for possession of alcohol. i was not breathalysed, but truthfully told that i had consumed a single beer. this is my third misdemeanor i have committed, and i have been on probation twice. this is my first offense with alcohol, and i am never going to touch the stuff again. i just want to know what is going to happen to me. i can take anything but jail, but im not well off financially, and cant take a big fine. also, how will this affect my future. im a junior with a 4.0 gpa and am a National Merritt Scholar. thanks in advance for any help.
