Moving overseas
If I work for an International Company and up for transfer overseas...but I am on probation, how would that work, or would it?

It will depend on a host of factors.
What you are on probation for. How long you have bee on probation and what you have left. Have you completed any classes or community service? Your method and frequency of reporting. Is there a chance to early terminate your probation?
Start by calling your probation officer and getting their input.
