peeping tom
A friend of mine is going through a divorce. she was at my house and my neighbors caught her ex peeping in my windows. He is now saying that he video taped what he saw. Can I take any legal action on this?

There is a great deal of 'he said/she said' in this question, but he was trespassing, and with your neighbor's cooperation, you may be able to get charges filed against him.
