Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

petition for non-disclosure and pardon/clemency

I was wondering where on the internet I can find the forms for a ''petition for non-disclosure'' and ''pardon/clemency'' forms. I am trying to get my records sealed for obvious reasons and I would like some of my rights back since Ihave completed my sentence and been free for almost 5 years now. Also, how much does the ''petition for non-disclosure usually cost if an attorney does it? I now live in Denton Co., but my conviction was in Taylor County.

The standard rule is that you can do it yourself, if you know what to do.

I do not know of a place to find 'standard forms'. You need a lawyer in Taylor County. Every lawyer has a different fee structure. In county, I charge $500.00. The Clerk can tell you what the filing fees are. Good luck.
