This question cannot be answered directly. There are many factors that go into negotiating a plea in a motion to revoke probation. Some of the things to be considered are which conditions are alleged to be violated, the type of offense for which you are on probation, your previous criminal history, the length of the probation, whether or not the probation department is willing to give you more time to take the classes, whether or not there is financial assistance for completing the class, whether the Judge will waive the class, whether or not you are working, whether or not you are in school, whether or not you have children, your prior relationship with your probation officer and the negotiation style of the attorney that you choose to assist you. The maximum amount of time is 6 months for a Class B misdemeanor. However, dependent upon several of the factors listed above you could possibly get a minimal amount of jail time. These types of issues are very fact specific and are unique to each individual.
