Probation concerns w/ fals accusations
I was put on probation on March 1 2006. I was involved with someone who I have since left and she has pressed false assualt charges against me for leaving. The police dept has sent me a citation in the mail. Will this have any negative impact on me doing my probation? I really do not want to spend 2 yrs in state jail.

Yes it will.
You need an attorney to handle the assault case, and to help with damage-control with your probation officer.
