probation violation
my son been locked up since 3/26/08 for an an misdermeanor he has not been charged with anything and he has no release date or court date he's just sitting there what can do about this

Get him a lawyer. Few misdemeanors warrant 90 days in jail, and even if it did, heshould have seen a judge a long time ago.
