I got pulled over for illegal tint. The dallas police searched my car due to no driver license,and a failure to appear traffic warrant. They searched my car and found a sandwich bag with a solid 7 gram piece of crack cocaine. They also found a small bag with unused/new baggies. they charged me with (man del cs pg 1 >=4g<200g). I have a prior but served my time. How can I get it dropped to a possession charge?

there is no magic answer on how you get it dropped. You just need to hire a skilled attorney and hopefully that attorney can persuade the DA with the facts at hand.
