Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Racing on Highway / Failure to control speed

I was recently arrested for ''Racing

on highway'' and ''Failure to control

speed'' On top of that, I received a

speeding ticket for 120 in a 60mph

zone. I have already hired 2

lawyers -- one to take care of the

speeding ticket, and one to help me

resolve the ''Racing'' ticket...

With those two citations, what are

my chances in court with my

lawyer? I have no other

convictions/tickets on my record to

date. What is the likely ''deal'' that

may come of this?

Is there anything else I can do?

Thank you.

Re: Racing on Highway / Failure to control speed

No one can predict the outcome of a criminal case. You have hired attorneys who know the facts of the cases, you need to talk to them and trust them. If you can't then you need to find an attorney or attorneys that you can trust. Good Luck, but we can't predict the outcome of your case.
