Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was just recently told I could get supenaed to testify against someone at a parole revocation hearing. I don't remember much about the night in question. I have PTSD and have blocked most of it out. Is there anyway to get out of having to attend this? They have my police statement from the night it happened.

You should try to contact the attorneys for the State and explain your situation to them. You write that you "could get" subpoenaed, which tells me you have not been subponaed yet and may not be. You probably will not get any information unless you are subpoenaed. Then you can try to talk to the state's lawyers. If you end up having to testify, just tell the truth.
