Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I currently reside in Houston with my husband. He was convicted in 1998 of A.S.A. in Coryell County, Texas. Is there any way that i can find out EXACTLY what he was charged with? A victim's statement, the DA's opinion on the charge or something??? I realize that there are three sides to every story, and I'd like to hera the truth from a trusted source. Are these documents available online, or do am I required to actually go there to get this information....I just need to verify the victim's age...he says one age, and his paperwork has two different ones....I know mistakes happen when a Human hand is involved, but I need to know exactly.. any help here?

Keith Engelke Law Office of S. Keith Engelke

If you have his name and date of birth you could contact the Criminal District Clerk's office in that county to find out if they have any records on him. Another source of information would be the DA's office. Copies of the police report should be available from the arresting police department.
