Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Revocation of Probation

A woman is charged with Felony Forgery charges. She is put on deferred adjudicated probation. Within one year a warrant is issued, she is arrested and goes to court for a probation violation for leaving the state without permission. The judge issues straight probation with a two year state jail penalty. The woman commits two more misdeamnor crimes, a false report to peace officer and a false report of child abuse/negelect after released from jail.(Pending cases at the County Attorney's office) The DA's office issues another warrant and she goes back to jail. She is released and has a revocation hearing pending. Do you think that the judge will revocate her this time? This has all happened within a one year period.
