Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was riding with a co-worker in his vehicle and got pulled over by county cops. The cops thought the co-worker was acting suspicious so had him step out they took him to the back of the vehicle questioned him. One of the cops was talking with me and everything was fine. Then they decided to search the vehicle and found my co-worker had drug paraphernalia and gave him a ticket. The searched me and found nothing and allowed me to get back in the vehicle and just as we were about to leave the cops asked to speak to my co-worker again at the rear of the vehicle they talked for a few mins and then one of the cops came back over to my side and asked me to step out again and searched me once again. This time the officer said take off your hat and he grabbed my hat and in the rim of it he says he found a clear bag in it. with what they said had residue of methamphetamine so I was arrested for possession of less than 1 gram. I don't have a clue where this bag came from and I want to know what my rights are to fight this charge

You need to hire a lawyer to review the reports and see what it is your co-worker told them.
