My question is what is the difference between sexual assult and indesent assult? What is the penatly for this in texas?

Indecency is exposing your self to someone with the intent to gratify.

Now if you expose your self to an adult your punishment range is a class A misdemeanor.

However, if you expose yourself to a child it is third degree felony.
