A shooting and robbery

my husband was shot at a robbery crime scene but was not involved and the police cant find any evidence besides the bullet of him being at the the crime scene how long do they have to look for evidence before they have to release him and drop the charges. I heard theirs a 90 day wait and he has been in jail for 60 days i was wondering if that rule was true

Re: A shooting and robbery

Based on what you have written, it appears that your husband is a suspect in the robbery. You may want to consider hiring a criminal defense law firm to assist your husband in protecting his interests and rights. Dependent upon the specifics of the robbery charge, the police may have to formally charge your husband or release him. If my local criminal defense law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
