Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I signed on my husband's 5000.00 dollar bond, if he fails to show for court what can be done to me, since I signed? The bail bond company keeps threatening me, saying I'll owe them the money.

If your husband fails to appear, the bonding company must pay the county. If you signed on the bond, you must pay the bonding company.
