My son obtained a felony conviction filed against him when he was 15. What do we need to do to get the records sealed?

If he was adjudicated delinquent in the juvenile system (and not certified to be prosecuted as an adult), then he must wait until he is 21 to seal the records. It would be best to hire a lawyer experienced in sealing records to take action on your son's behalf. There could be a hearing conducted and he needs representation.

Note - the records are not open to everyone as it stands now, but only to law enforcement.
