Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
hello my stepdad got cought traffiking mariguana 10 years ago he went to jail in del rio (val verde jail) and got baild out he was supposed to go back to court and did not go he left to mexico so we came back to the usa 6 years ago and on june 2011 he got stoped and went to jail and got his finger prints taken and nothing of what happend 10 years ago came up so we baild him out and he got probation so he had been going to sign in and given his payments and on nov.10 he went to go give a payment and their where two men waiting for him to arrest him for the warrent of ten years ago so i wanted to see if you are intressted in representing us plz
