Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Is there such a thing as a "lawyer bond"?

If a bond is too high$(130,00)

And I can't afford to get my son out, can the lawyer representing my son get him out??

Some lawyers post bonds but mostly on traffic matters. Most lawyers who do not practice regularly in traffic court (and many who do) will not take on that responsibility (in case the person fails to appear.)

Talk to his lawyer about a bond reduction to see if it is possible. Talk to a bonding company about working out a payment plan - many will.
