can time served be used on a revocation of probation charge?
arrested for possession (crack cocaine)had to spend time in rehab as part of probation. while on probation had a positive UA for meth. some joe blow advice-''ask to have your time served applied as well as your street time''. what the heck is street time and what if any time can be applied to cut amount of time have to serve? Warrant has already been issued and will turn herself in on Tues.

no the rehab time is normally not applied to you prison sentence. You better have an attorney
