"how do you transfer adult misdemeanor probation between counties (Montgomery to Bexar) in Texas? Need to make the move for employment, and fast."

Talk to your probation officer who must get the permission through the judge. If it doesn't move fast enough for you, hire a lawyer to talk to the judge.
