I am from tulia tx and my boyfriend has been on feloney probation with a case if we would have had money an lawyer could have been beat but no he got stuck on this feloney probation and now sence some one told his PO that he went to OK all of a suden he get arrest on JAN 14 in the same town he suposabily left. His report date was not intill JAn 21 what can i do

Hire him a lawyer. And, you might find proof (such as job records or credit card purchases, etc.) demonstrating that he was, in fact, in the city he was supposed to be in at the time he is accused of being out of state.
(By the way, he had a lawyer when he chose to plead guilty. He did not get "stuck" on probation but signed guilty plea papers acknowledging his guilt.)
