Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Unxpected cheek kiss guided by the kisser touching the chin of the one kissed.
In this situation was innocent but resulted in an accdsation of melicious ''grab'' of the chin: Will admiting to holding the chin to guide the kiss open up new problems or should I down play the guiding touch to not include guiding -just a part of a thank you cheek kiss?
