video from jail intake

can i request from my court appointed attorney that he obtain video from jail intake where police claim two small baggies of cocaine fell from my pants? i need to prove cocaine is not mine.

yes, you can request that your attorney subpoena the video. Your attorney should do it right away since the jail may reuse the videotape.

Yes, you can request your attorney to subpoena that video, but if it has been more than a week it probably is erased or taped over. You might want to go get drug tested immediately(like yesterday)not only blood, urine but hair also. Those test will reveal if you had any drugs in your system.
