Re: warrant in another state

Chances are excellent that if you walk into any DPS office in Texas to get a driver's license, you will be arrested and sit in jail here awaiting extradition to Michigan to resolve your outstanding case.

You need to contact a Michigan attorney to find out what it will take to resolve the case there.

Re: warrant in another state

No, not unless probation had your 7411 revoked since you absconded - which probably occurred.....oh!, and there's that bench warrant that issued when you failed to appear at your VOP hearing.

The warrant usually won't be effective outside Michigan, but it will be active in state until you surrender or get arrested for FTA and DWLS.

Drive carefully in Michigan. If you get pulled over, you will go to jail that day.
