Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I have a warrant in another state (texas) can I hire a lawyer from my current state(Florida) or is it possible to hire a lawyer from bexar county over the phone to handle the case. I just can't go to Texas is the problem is there a way to take care of this case from Florida it's a bench warrant because I was on bond awaiting trial for a misdemeanor class b possession of marijuana case which I wanted to fight because it was not mine and I do not want it on my record.

You have to have a lawyer here in Texas. You can likely hire an attorney here in Texas over the phone but you would have to make a personal appearance to make bond in Bexar County, so you have to come to San Antonio in person anyways.
