Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am wondering what I am facing due to my recent arrests, I acted so irresistible recently due to letting stress get the best of me and I am so scared ill be away from my children. I was arrested late December for a DWI with my two daughters in the car, then stupidly I was again three weeks later alone and again arrested for another DWI. I have not been to court for either and they were two diff counties. I will have to use two diff court appointed attorneys. What is my probable sentence? Best case, and worse case?? Please help, thank you

If your children were 13 or under, that case is a felony. The other case is either a Class A or Class B misdemeanor (depending on if you blew and if so, was it .15 or higher.) Worst case, you go to prison; best case, charges get reduced.

You really need to discuss this with your lawyer because there is a huge variance in what could happen. You also probably need some kind of alcohol treatment and it might be better to get it now.
