i would like to know if a 20 year old boy goes out with a 17 year old girl and the parents allow him to stay at their home will he be in trouble. then if he decides to leave the girl cause she has a record with the law and does not want to be with her anymore what will happen.

In Texas, the age of consent is 17, so there should be no issue with the sexual nature of the relationship. If she is not pregnant, and you do not take anything that doesn't belong to you when you leave; there should be no consequences. Make your exit as peaceful as possible, and I recommend witnesses/friends/family accompany your exit.
