discrimination
I am leaving for maternity leave in about 3 weeks. I am an ESL teacher and feel I am suddenly being targeted by the ESL coordinator. She has made false allegations against me and a written reprimand was written up by my principal without any investigation being doen first. What shoudl I do?

Find a lawyer knowledgeable in school administration...what is ESL???..but if one does not fight false allegations...it is presumed the allegations are true
