Is it legal to pray in the workplace?

Yes. One might be reminded not to do so in a way that is not unreasonably offensive to others, but it is certainly legal to pray anywhere, even in school. The "banning" of school prayer, for example, means that it cannot be orchestrated by school authorities or required of students and has to do with the separation of church and state. There is no such requirement in a company workplace, although it would potentially actionable if an employer required prayer. Private, individual prayer is always allowed.
