I was arrested for a DWI in Nacogdoches Texas. I refused a breathalizer, but would have submitted to a blood or urine sample if I was given the oppurtunity. What should I do?

Hire a lawyer promptly. If you refuse a breath test you license will be suspended within 40 days of your arrest.
