Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I already bonded out on 6 charges having to do with drugs, now the grand jury has changed a charge and have a warrent on me. Can I be aressted again for the same thing? It is still a felony just worded different. Can they do that?

You should have a lawyer representing you who can review the charges. It is possible that the bond can be transferred but the bonding company would have to agree and the judge would have to approve it.
