Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I was charged with a DUI in January 2010. My attorney put it off until about March of 2011 when I decided to fight it. It's been 18 months since then and now they have summoned me. Is there a statute of limitations for this amount of time?

Statute of Limitations are tolled while the charges are pending. You have a lawyer that appears to have represented you well to date. You should have this discussion with your lawyer.
