concussion than given a dwi
i got in an accidenr and was given a field subriety test. the police said i seamed drunk and smelled of alcohol. i refused a breatholizer test and could not walk strate. i was taken to jail. i had a beer 3 hours earlier and none others. i got out of jail and goy diognosed wit post concussion symdrome. i got a blood test technicaly 21 hours after the accident and jail. it came back negative. my neibor can testify that i was not intoxicated 100 %. how should i take all this. should i prepare for travis county to screw me.
