My partner and I are with an agency to help with our debt, she has left me and says she will take over this account, I want to write a letter stating she is taking it over but dont know how

I'm sorry but I cannot figure out exactly what you are asking. Are you an attorney? If so, the client would need to sign a new attorney client contract releasing you and your partner.
