Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I had a DUI in california in 4 and a half years ago. I was placed on informal probation and sentenced to DUI classes for 1 year and fined. I did not attend the classes and had not made a payment because I could not afford to do so. I moved to Texas 2 years ago. I still have no license and have not broken any laws since. Am I breaking the law by living in another state? I think my probation term was 3 years, but ive never heard anything from probation and living in TX for 2 years I want to know if i need to clear something up or let it ride? what will happen if i just dont go back to california? please help

I'm not familiar with California Law. However if one of the conditions of probation is not moving without your officer's permission, you have violated one of the conditions of your probation in addition to taking the classes and paying the money.

I suggest you talk to a criminal defense attorney in California and see needs to be done to clear clean up your record.

It is likely that you have a warrant for your arrest from California. If you are arrested in Texas, or any other state, it is likely that this warrant will show up.
