Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

DUI 22 Years Ago in Texas

20 some years ago I was arrested for first DUI and received 2 years suspended to 2 years probation and $700 fine. Short story I left the state with the probabtion and fine unpaid. I would like to get an over the road CDL license. Should I be worried about driving through Texas and getting stopped? I have had no problems getting regular license in 2 other states over the years.

Computer systems have been steadily getting the States connected and new laws are going into effect. I would expect them to be catching up with you soon. You should take care of the Texas problem right now.
