DWI - No driving license

My husband has 2 DUI and he has no driving license. What steps can he take to get his drivers' license?

Based on what you have written, there is an administrative procedure that may alllow your husband to gain an "occupational license." There are specific guidlines and requirements that must be plead and met for the court to consider whether of not it will grant the occupational license.
