Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

I got a DWI in 1988 and 1991 and July 19, 2012. They are charging me with felony for third time. I cannot have a felony -what to do? can you help? thank you

Hire an excellent lawyer to check into the case to see if they can make the case against you. If so, then the lawyer MAY (may not) be able to work a misdemeanor out of the case for you. However, be aware that even if that occurs the felony charge will remain as a charge on your record.
