Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

Intoxicated Manslaughter and 2nd DUI

My son was convicted of a DUI in Florida when he was 17.Now he is involved in a case in Texas. He has been charged with DUI and intoxication manslaughter. He was drunk driving and crashed into a pole killing the passenger, I understand that this is serious and carries large penalities. I wanted to know what the typical sentances are for this crime.
